Responsibility in formulating and managing company policies, directing, and coordinating all divisional departmental activities to implement long-term goals for business growth and profitability goals achievement.
Analyse activities, costs, operations to determine the progress of a department towards the stated goals and objectives.
Develop the annual business strategic planning and financial plan.
Supervise the department to review operations reports and resolve operational issues to ensure minimum costs and to meet future growth.
Develop a dynamic and competent workforce through a strong performance-driven culture. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage innovation.
Oversee design concepts development with fundamental new technologies for new or existing products.
Manage manufacturing or outsourcing requirements to meet the supply target.
Review the monthly financial statement analysis and budget achievement for decision making.
