Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience as Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar position
Strong English skills both written and spoken
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to understand other people and maintain a people-first attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure
Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
Knowledge of recruiting and staff management

Currently living in Surabaya and the greater area is preferred
