Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience as Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar position
Strong English skills both written and spoken
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to understand other people and maintain a people-first attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure
Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
Knowledge of recruiting and staff management
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Good understanding of useful computer programs
Currently living in Surabaya and the greater area is preferred
Restaurant Supervisor
Hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and basic financial principles
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Currently living in Jakarta and the greater area is preferred
Head Bar
Proven experience as Head Barista
Strong English skills both written and spoken
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Extensive knowledge of coffee and other beverages preparation, including brewing methods and latte art
Passion for coffee, with a desire to share that passion with others
Understanding of staff management and scheduling work shifts

Ability to work with flexible work shifts
Good understanding of useful computer programs
